1. Pricing

Minimums

• No minimum quantity (not less then 10 pieces) (all models come with set S,M,L,XL,2XL or 3XL,4XL,5XL,6XL)

2. Discounts & Shipping

• **Shipments to Russia and Kazakhstan may take up to 30 days no matter the size of shipment.
• *Refused or cancelled shipments are subject to 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping fees incurred by Tesetturmayom.com if package is already shipped.
• Drop Shipping: We do offer drop shipping with the usual standard order shipping charge.
• Please note: orders over $1000 may be delayed due to customs. Customs is an independent government organization. We cannot control the time they take and hence please factor in this possibility. Usually it takes an additional 2 to 7 business days

3. Payment

Please contact us to open up a wholesale account and get a wholesale order form. Accepted payment methods for wholesale orders include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bank Transfer, Western Union (All payments must be received upon receipt of order).

4. Images & Text

If you have an open account with us you may use any images, pictures or text from our site.

Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are all approved sites to advertise on.

You may distribute our products anywhere in the world.

8. Product Returns

All sales are Final. Re-stocking/Cancellation fee: Buyers will be charged a 25% restocking/cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled after 48 hours.

9. Product Samples

Product Samples are available for those who would like to try our products before ordering. Samples are not free and available at retail price.

10. Damage Claims

Our Production team and Quality Assurance team go to great lengths to assure all of your items come in perfect condition. If for some reason any or your items are received damaged, please report it to us within 5 business days.

11. Product Quality

Tesetturmayom.com stands behind the quality of their products. All of your items are made to order, so there may be variations of 5% in color, size and/or embroidery.

Don’t see what you are looking for? Tesetturmayom.com owns our factory and manufactures all products in house. If you are looking for a particular style, we can custom make it for you.
